Founded in 1953, The Lamplighter School is rooted in the belief that children are capable of extraordinary things and that a strong early childhood education lays the foundation for a lifetime of learning.
Lamplighter continues many of the traditions of its founders while remaining open to innovations that help us better educate children for today’s world. Our school places a strong emphasis on rigorous education combined with a social-emotional program that emphasizes respect, compassion, creativity, and confidence.
