Children applying to Lamplighter must be at least 3 years of age and potty-trained by August 31, 2023.  

The Lamplighter School recognizes the value of a diverse and inclusive school community. One way that we pursue that goal is through financial aid. Financial aid is available to families who demonstrate financial need. Our admission process is need-blind and financial aid is determined at the time the student is accepted to the school. You can learn more about financial aid here.

Availability is always subject to change, but the average number of new students in each program is: 3-year old (62), 4-year old (25), Kindergarten (6), First Grade (8), and Second, Third, and Fourth Grades are subject to availability.

The hours of Pre-K all-day through fourth grade program are 8:15 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. We also offer a half-day Pre-K program. The morning program’s hours are 8:15 - 11:15 a.m. and the afternoon program’s hours are 12:15 - 3:15 p.m.
