Grandparents
Grandparents are a special part of the Lamplighter community!
Each year, grandparents and grandfriends are invited to campus for a special day to visit classes and spend time with their favorite Lamplighter student. We welcome these special guests on campus at other times in the year to share treasured moments and make special memories.
Grandparent Readers
Students love classroom visits with their grandparents! Grandparents of Pre-K, Kindergarten, T1, first and second grade students are invited to read to classrooms on the following dates:

Grandest Friends' Days
Held over two days, grandparents and grandfriends are invited to enjoy the excitement of learning at Lamplighter! Participate in joyful hands-on activities and spend time with your grandchildren. Some activities will be held outside, weather permitting.

9:30 - 11:00 a.m.: Pre-K AM, Pre-K All Day (Rooms 11 and 12), Kindergarten
12:30 - 2:00 p.m.: Pre-K PM, Pre-K All Day (Rooms 6, 8, 9), and Transitional First Grade (T1)

9:30 - 11:00 a.m.: First and Second Grades
11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.: Third and Fourth Grades (lunch included)
If you are visiting students in both Early Childhood and Lower School, you are invited to attend both days.
